HSA Hawaii held a contest at Maili Point this past weekend. Groms were out there doing best they can on weak small waves. This was the 2nd to the last contest before Hawaii State Championships so they were out there trying to do well to qualify and get invited to the Championships.
When waves aren't that great I try to bet some money to keep the contest little more fun. This contest was Matty Costa. $10 bet. See who wins the money! ha ha.
