I got an email from HSA and they now have a NEW entry form with new divisions and entry fees.
"We recently held a Board meeting and have made some big changes at HSA. We have changed all of our divisions to match the Surfing America age groups. We also lowered the entry fee for the youth 17 under age groups effective with the next contest and will credit those who paid for future events in advance (past event payments remain unchanged). "
