Traffic, Surf and Pizza night!

I thought i was going to have a chill day but ended up being a super long day. woke up, worked a little and relaxed this morning until 2pm. at 2, John and i left my house to pick up some kids to go surf.

oh btw, Sierra Ondo won the posters and stickers from Sunset Elementary Surf Night. Congrats Sierra! Since she was coming to surf with us tonight, i brought her the prizes!

In case you were wondering how i pick the winner, it's really random. i print out all the names of people who entered and close my eyes, spin around the papers multiple times and point. Super hi tech! ha ha.

So i picked Sierra, Joy and Jenna and went to Diamond Head first. Clean condition but small and lot of people out. So we decided to check out Kewalos since it's only less than 10 minutes away... with no traffic.

BUT, the traffic was insane! not sure what it was but we were stuck in traffic forever and took us an hour to get to kewalos!

We were so bored, the girls started taking some photos with my phone.

At least we had these girls who entertained us the whole time. There was no silent moment the whole hour we were stuck in the traffic. thanks girls!

Josh and Seth Moniz were out surfing and the waves looked pretty fun so we surfed kewalos today. While we were out Noa and Malia Mizuno showed up. so it was pretty much the groms, john and me in the water the whole time.

Noa dreaming of the day he can do this legally. ha ha.

We all went to Malia and Noa's house after for some pizzas. kids were hiding from us adults doing who knows what all night long. we would go check on them once in a while and i think kids were getting little irritated. ha ha.

John's leaving tomorrow morning to Cali. i'm glad he got to party hard with 12-13 yr olds on his last night! Sorry john, we'll go party when i come to Cali when i don't have 20 kids with me. Ha ha.
