ok, it's official now! we all knew kelly slater was gonna win the title this year but it is official now by kelly advancing to the 4th round at mundaka. it is now mathematically impossible for anyone to catch up to him.
9th title, that's just nutts! i don't think anyone in any individual sports have achived that.
you know he's gonna go for even 10th title now. well, who knows since he wasn't even gonna compete this year... crazy...
