Missing rides

I'm still tripping out how judges are missing surfers waves at NSSA Nationals. They missed Josh Moniz's first wave today already. It was only the third heat of the day. If they saw that wave, Josh might have advanced as the winner of the heat. Yes, Josh advanced coming in 2nd BUT I know he wanted to win the heat so his next round will be in a heat he wanted to be in. NSSA needs to hire way more judges and they need to do tier jobs instead of cursing around talking stories.
